I would get 2 or 3 really good trainees this offseason. Then I would set a good training schedule and follow it. train your defense and passing that will help your whole team.

Can anyone evaluate my team? I prefer it to be experienced manager. And as long as he has no business in giving info about my players/payroll away I will share some informations with him/her.

Please PM me if you want to spend some time in helping other player :P

right now im training bigs purely defense pretty much, but I might have to switch over if the only real draftees are all pgs

We have a lot of great outside shooters. Unfortunately, we play all our games indoors.

could always sale your draftees till you are ready to train some guards. If you havent finished training your bigs I wouldnt stop unless you get a really good trainee.

Right now there is almost nothing you can do. Wait until after the draft and get 1/2 trainees while trying not to break the bank. After that I would get 2 15K player in the position you are not training. I know this will seem to cut into your profit but once you start winning every game you will increase your revenue (you have a hand on me my last season was 5th came in halfway through). Then after you get a couple of players invest in the arena to maximize your profit increase when you promote next year.

It might be a good idea to pick an A+ player in the 3rd round if there are no great options left. That was my 2nd round pick (1 good player in the draft) and he had a 6.5K salary and got 122K. I would have kept him but he was atrocious in Handling Driving and Passing

i set it up to be the best players in the draft are my first picks, I figure even if i don't get bigs I'll be able to sell them or at least make some use of good players
