yep......that's why everyone keeps making these "omg LI is unstoppable" posts...

It's not that its unstoppable, its just people have found a way to run an offense that can beat the standard 18OD guard stacked defensive teams...and I dont see why thats a bad thing either....OD shouldn't be some godly broken stat that wins games by itself.

Er... Correct me if I'm wrong, but since

Jump Shot: A better shooter will make more shots at all distances.
and
Jump Range: A player with a higher jump range will find that the effectiveness of his jump shot decreases less with distance.

Doesn't it make all the more sense to train JS? If you follow the 2 statements above, a guy with legendary JS and average JR would beat a guy with average JS and legendary JR anytime.

that would depend how hard the decline with the range is, and in my eyes both player would be pretty bad. As Wolph is trying to say here, that he measure both with similiar importance and don't like the Jumpshooters without range. I am quite sure this would also count for the different direction which is much harder to train.

damn what you got for shooting percentages, even the worse one is still great ;) Just the two games of this season, or a whole?

The difference is at least not so big, cause i played a while with a driving 7 dude who shot pretty solid percentages. But it should have a impact, and a bigger impact at the two pointers(not bigger then your values bigger then 3pt).
