To reach 100 TSP by 21 years, the youngster should start with at least 65 TSP and have 35 pops in 42 weeks, which is doable but very rare. A 18y old I monitor had 13 pops in his first 14 weeks, but that's because of high sublevels and starting DR=1 which trains very fast.

Anyhow, if this player is to reach 122 TSP by end of his 22 years, he should get 22 more pops in 28 weeks. I don't say it isn't doable, but it's possible only if he trains guard skills because 1 on 1 and passing are such fast trainings. If he would have to train inside skills before he is 23y old, he would either have to be at least 196 cm (in which case he wouldn't get 35 pops in first three seasons anyway) or have great elastic effect on IS which trains fastest of inside skills for small guys (for example, IS 4 and ID 9).

Only a 18 year old ATG 5'9-6'0 guard or 18 year old ATG 7'5 center with 7's in all primaries and great secondaries will be bought that high. Players in their 20's won't, no matter how good they are. People pay crazy for potential.

Not sure any player is worth 10m alone. That said, I think the only thing that would ever fetch that price is combination of complete uniqueness and versatility and probably has to be ATG to reach the types of builds I visualize for that heap of cash. For me, I would require a build something like this:
JS 10 JR 10
OD 19 HN 15
DR 15 PA 17
IS 10 ID 18
RB 17 SB 14

145 TSP and only about 201k salary. Would be a great defender, able to defend any position, and rebounder. Not much of a scorer but should make up for that as a playmaker and isnt a complete liability. I see his best use at PG offensively and then using his versatility defensively to switch off to wherever you need him given your opponent.

Not sure that many TSP is possible or how this guy could ever exist as I've never attempted it in a training simulator but it's definitely unique!
