Yup signed sealed and delivered by the manager of the team to the coaches. Afterall there is a priviledge to owning the franchise, the team, the players and the training staff.

Training, just as the rest of the game, is competitive (and aimed at the possibility to deliver a competitive advantage). What is competitive about it if everyone can simply fill it in and get the exact result that they want? In this case NT's will start to exist solely out of the better draft pick and training can be done by anyone. Wouldn't that defy the purpose of the game? Where you as a manager make the difference?

I can see why the current system often is overshadowed by frustration by many managers, by once again, people should be happy that this way they can be better than their neighbors and not simply on the same level as everyone else.

So, essentially what it comes down to, is that the most amazing possible training minutes imaginable are expected to be delivered when asked. 100% of the time. Signed, sealed, delivered.
If you can't restate someone's position any better than that, you might as well step to the sidelines and keep it zipped. No one but you said any such thing.

People post about this all the time. They want a setting that will ensure max'd out training minutes.
More specifically, they want existing settings to be changed so they will ensure max'd out training minutes.

I know that, Joe. But we need to address the pro's and con's of that argument seriously.

You tell coach pop to hell with his minute plans for tim duncan and he will sincerely tell you to go fck urself. And if coach pop were a member of this BB community, that is essentially what the GE is doing.

Do you think every player coach pop has had in his system has developed exactly as he expects on a weekly basis? You get a fairly accurate indication of how your players will train and what level they will eventually reach, and all you have to do is guarantee them 48 minutes per week. Development of a player in BB is much easier to control than that of a player in real life, and if it were any easier, it would take all satisfaction out of it.

Hello,

tonight for my first real game (first victory!) I did not manage to make my trainees play 48 minutes.

How should I do? the coach made too much replacements. that gave me the win probably but I'd like to train fast the young

To have the best chance of getting players 48 minutes, you want to make sure to dress fewer players. For example, for a PG go get 48 minutes, you'd want to dress no more than 9 players (and preferably 8 or less), and make sure that everyone who is not a starter is the backup to another position on the depth chart. For example:

PG: A - A - A
SG: B - F - F
SF: C - G - G
PF: D - H - H
C : E - I - I

I would even suggest that one of the backup players be dropped and one of the backups handles two positions.

If you wanted to have two positions get 48 minutes (PG and SG):

PG: A - A - A
SG: B - B - B
SF: C - F - F
PF: D - G - G
C : E - H - H
And again, one player fewer would help.
