I see, that's what I thought to be the situation...
Same with me, 14 out of 15 ready.
Maybe we're reaching the point, that if someone is still short of seeing full 15 matches in their team schedule, they can start sending BBMail as a reminder to managers, who have still not send them challenges. I might wait for 1-2 more days (to receive a lacking challenge), but we're getting closer to beginning so we should not wait until it's too late.
Of course, if it's not your first round game on April 7th that is still missing, it could be corrected later.
But it's an important and sound principle to stick with certain protocols, and arranging everything before regular season starts is one of them in my opinion.
