They should remove the whole scouting feature.

You're kidding me, right? When you have the worst record, you don't seem to have worked hard to get the best draft pick. In real life, the worst team doesn't just GET to see the best players. They often spend more money on scouting than the other teams so they can get the best pick. The scouting feature should be a mainstay in the BB program, even though it would be great to have a general idea of who you're scouting. I agree with Plotts' idea below:

At the beginning of the season you have a scouting page with the following options:

"Select form the following. Your scout will return in two weeks"

Scout C
scout PF
scout SF
scout SG
scout PG

>>then>> Let's say you chose C

scout C again (this will take four weeks)
scout PF
scout SF
scout SG
scout PG

>>then>> Let's say you scouted C again, you can just select another position.

Yeah you're right cause if the Cavs didn't scout LeBron in 2003, he would have been in D-Leage playing with wannabes now and Cavs would just select Brian Scalabrene.

And I like that idea too, I like it a lot.

Btw this is off topic but why is it so impossible to train SF in this game.

Come on. I think the system is perfect. It's just like Christmas. It would be a nonsense if everyone could draft superstars and mvps.
You draft a player, train him, sell him and eventually buy what you need.

Dear god...why? Why?

I'm sorry, but (if your post was directed to me) I must be speaking some kind of alien language that you have trouble understanding...let me try to be clear:
I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PLAYERS I AM DRAFTING.

I AM complaining about the draft process, because it's absolutely, 100% no fun at all, for the simple reason that for the entire season, you do absolutely nothing. Once again, would it not be more interesting to be able to choose which players to scout? It wouldn't change the final result of the draft because if you pick last you would still have a very slim chance of picking a player, but at least you would be somehow involved in the process. Actually it might even be more interesting because, for example, if I know I am picking last in a division with no bots, I might choose NOT to go see a 5* player twice because I know I won't get him, but maybe instead focus on a 4* player and see if he has a very high potential (or something like that).

So, for whoever is interested in responding to this post, please, I beg you, don't tell me once again that I am complaining because I am not picking superstars, or don't refer to the NBA or Euro basket because it has nothing to do with what we are talking about. Thanks...

My post wasn't really directed to you, I was just talking in general to the people who were complaining. I was too lazy to go back, i understand what you are saying. Get more involved more with the draft process, correct? I'm not against it but I don't mind the current system. I'm sure it could work.

I must agree with you
I've been here for...4 and a half seasons, maybe more, anyway a bit more than a year in real time... and every draft I either got a MVP I trained and sold, or a "STAR" that has sensational skills and is the backbone of my team or a player or two I sold for 250-450k... I really don't see the problem with the current draft... we want better players immediately... ruins the game... meh... ignore me I just vent and am not constructive

Well there are many pools where there wasn't even single one player with potential better than superstar. So you are not a manager with typical draft experience I guess.

well I got only one MVP so far and the second best potential was allstar.
but with a couple of weeks of good training and when the market calms you can sell almost anything with a bit of luck
