The BB commission has decided to revisit and simplify Free Agency again. The new prerequisites are: at least 60 skill points and a salary no higher than $60 000. The change should help fill in the gaps in market demand. But, this is not all; players from banned teams no longer qualify for Free Agency. This should discourage “farming” and trumps the NT rule, which means that even national teams can’t save "farm" players. New policy is one of zero tolerance for “farming”, even if that means that some NT players will have to retire
