he needs better outside defense and handling, at least for now.

ultimately, it might be a good idea to train both of them parallelly - the first one will be more of a PG, while the second one will develop into a nice SG.

First guy his potential limits him to be a great PG but still a decnt one. Train OD and JR. These are the 2 longest skills to pop so better to train them while he is young. After both are at least strong train JS to strong (JS should pop with JR training). Then train OD up another level. After that train as balance as possible till he caps

these are my trainees at the moment, what are your thoughts? i know theyre a bit underskilled considering the fact that 6 weeks have passed since the draft.. but i got player 1 for a nickle and player 2 was my draft pick. what do u think, should i drop Player 2 and add someone with more potential? or what should i do. they're both training to be C-s .. maybe even PFs, but their jump shot is low and it would take a fair amount of time to get it up to a satisfying level.

thank you.

Player 2 has too low of potential for it to be worth training. If you check the TL you should be ale to find a better trainee.

As for player 1, he should turn into a decent player, but his secondaries are very low which could hold him back from being great. Of course start on IS and ID. Once those are at least proficient, you might want to do some 1-on-1 training as well as some handling and passing.

Remember, that's just my suggestion. It's up to you in the end

Was planning on bumping ID for the next month or so. Thinking about waiting to train his secondary skills (handling, passing, FT, JS?) until next season.

Maybe you could try some 1vs1 for forwards.

It will be a waste of time. better to do inside training and sell him as high as you can. Dont expect much though, should be enough to buy great trainee and not much will be left. secondary skills suck
