How does one construct a team that can consistently score throughout the game? My players aren't bad but it seems whoever I bring in or take out and no matter my opponent, inevitably we will go on an 8 minute stretch when guys go 0-20. It's incredibly frustrating.

Has Potential been changed at all? I was wondering how accurate this page from the manual, still was.
How does potential work?
Potential acts as a cap on training. Different potential levels cap out at different skill levels. So an MVP can be trained longer than an Allstar potential player. There is a rough salary estimate corresponding to the cap for each potential level. Once the skill set of a player reaches a particular point (The soft cap) that is equal to the potential level of the player, training really slows down and it becomes ineffective to train the player anymore.

2 Role player: < 13k
3 6th man: 10-15k
4 Starter: 15-20k
5 Star: 20-30k
6 AllStar: 30-50k
7 Perennial allstar: 50-85k
8 Superstar: 80-120k
9 MVP: 100-200k
10 Hall of famer: 200k+
11 All time great: 300k+

The above is a rough estimate of potentials and where they cap at. Note that centers are generally capable of attaining a higher salary than guards.

Hmm... Make sure Your stamina is good enough, that is my only idea, do these happen to You in late 3rd or 4th quarters?

That can happen yes but I am currently running an 8 man rotation so I still have some starting guys in. It certainly seems to be a pattern though and as others said stamina could also be a factor. I just wasn't sure if there was a trick to constructing your team such as better passing all round or at the PG spot specifically that would make things flow better thus being able to score more often.

Help!
My Team ACHIEVEMENTS are not updating.

My Crushing Victory should have Level 2 and 3, but it's stuck in Level 1, among other things that I haven't noticed yet.

I found this in the promotion rules, and i just wanna check

One extra promotion spot will be awarded to the team with the best regular season record (conference ranking being the most important criteria).

So I wanna be sure, lets say me and the second team in my conference finish with the same w/l, but i still have the better basket difference, as is the situation right now, am i getting automatically promoted and my playoffs results dont matter?

You need the best record in all II.-leagues of your country to get the extra promotion spot.

(5 teams come down from league I. there are 4 II-leagues. Thus, there is one extra spot)
