Love to see Zazz make some moves before tomorrow nights game.

Flatten some Pancakes they could

If they win 3 games and Fatboy wins 2 games, then Iwen might be too far back regardless of who they buy, unless they can get 8 out of 8 wins.

The thought of playing a cashed up Iwen in a relegation series just might stop Koops and BHB from selling off players.

Could it be that a team like Zazz or Hadders might change strategies and chase the top draft pick position?

Who will stop and prop (not chase 5th spot and save enthusiam for a relegation series) and who will risk everything to avoid a relegation series?

Getting very interesting

Will the seagulls now make a run for it now that they have a taste of victory?

Seagulls are more pleased than ever with their position of training and just making $450-500,000 profit each week. I have bid on at least a dozen great SFs recently but keep missing out because the price goes too high or the auction ends at a silly time. I have never ever had an amount of money close to this and that is despite massive arena expansions, staff upgrades and spending $500,000 on my trainee Garrett.

I have to admit having three trainees I was wondering what I would do next season seeing I have the first pick in the ABBL draft, now that I have seen it I know that wont be a problem, as there is no-one worth training in the entire draft.

Iwen just keeps on buying a 100K a week players

Looks like Zazz or Fatboy are increasingly likely to be auto relegated.

HA has bucklys chance of making 5th

Who said 2-3 zone was broken? Koops pulls off an improbable triple OT win against Bell Park Supercats with the unpopular 2-3 zone defense.

But that triple OT really stuffed up my minutes, so expect really bad gameshape for my players next week.

if you didnt 2-3, it wouldnt have gone to triple OT....

would have won in the regulation time.

Don't think so, that's a good play by Koops. Cat had a 12k PG playing 63 minutes so 2-3 seems to be a good tactic to patch up Koop's weaker inside while Cat isn't doing much damage outside.

Who knows? You could just as well argue the opposite that a 3-2 zone would stuff that PG up and he can't get any passes to the big men to score to begin with.

hahah we'll never really know would we...
I'll just take the win and be done with it... thats one step closer to WA is a dump, and one step further away from pancakes and/or HA.
but in the past I've used 2-3 zone defense and I've came away with the goods... and they were in important games too.

@chelsea seagulls CT or no CT you will still go down, HCA or no HCA... 700k roster versus a 250k roster, you figure it out. LOL you got no chance mate!
