That is incorrect. Looking at his team he must of only been playing for 3 months...

And yes Rafael. If you want people to take your suggestions seriously you need to prove you can play the game. Show us the best player you have trained from early in his career!

Is train everything? It's not, but it's almost.

We have a forum, I post there in all time. But I will not make the difference here, 'cause there are some managers that we cannot have fun.

I'll get out here, if it is all what you want. So, stop with this pride, and try to have more '' mind '' to think about somethings.

Don't use your hand to think, use your mind.

Training is the difference between good managers and average managers. If I hadn't of trained up Stacey and Gandi to the level they are now my team would be very average indeed. I wouldn't have as much money to spend on Big Men as I would also have to buy guards. All of my guards/SF's I have trained from less than 5k.

I know it. I can't be a Great manager, I'm just average! I'm in III, where I'm since season 15. But I have ideas, I have some experience, and I am improving at all. My first '' big man '' will be Hilger Schimelmann! If do not believe, sit and wait!

Ok I just had a look at your team. Do you want some advice? Will you actually listen to someone who tries to help you?

You have 3 decent trainees, they are all 20 so not perfect but workable. BUT it seems you are training them all wrong. From what I can tell you are doing PG/SG training? That's not the way to make a superstar. You should be playing each player 48 mintues at point guard each week meaning that you play them for a full game and doing single position PG training.

If Hilmer really wants to live up to his quote, his manager needs to start training him properly.

Hilger says: "I'm the future of this Club and of my Country, and I'll show for everybody my real worth."

I know that is the right way.

But I am 4 season in III, I wanna make a team what supports the II.

I will do that, what you say, after I have my real team. My 3 treiner isn't more a treiner, I think I'll sell him.

I'll try just SG or PG,I do not know now. But I'll do it.

I'm in Div I and I still do this.... So I don't see why you can't do that in DivIII. And if you do it that way you will have a DivII quality team much faster than if you don't.... So I don't see why you wouldn't do that....
