U21 gig wasnt too bad at first, i didnt mind doing all the extra stuff. But it does take a toll and toward the end of the season when managers wont listen to your pleas for decent gameshape it gets very tiring.

Thanks for all your hard work Iwen

Second Team:
Yubi Yubi
Which is just sad because anyone with a brain can easily manage game shape in this game once they realise that 50-70 minutes per week is the ideal number...

Chuck my name in that list.

Not 100% sure if I'll run yet, but I'm thinking about it ;)

Since our U21 season is essentially over I will be clearing out the squad and making room for the new guys this week.

Are we doing this again? Also we don't have a scrimmage scheduled yet, do we have a lot of offers out?

Hi just wondering how my boy is going he is more of a long term project though

Weekly salary: $ 4 085
Role: key player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 10700
Age: 19
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: mediocre
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: prolific
Driving: strong ↑ Passing: mediocre ↑
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: pitiful

Rest of season is going to be IS and 1v1 then next season ID IS and OD
Just wondering if I should do other stuff ill focus on rebounding later on the JR will only ever make it to 6

If his OD, ID, IS, RB were all 12 he would be a very useful SF for sure.
I would focus more on those 4 then doing a lot of 1on1 at this stage.

He is an outstanding prospect and a lovely height for the SF position.

Credit to you for the work your've already done.

I disagree with Mickyster slightly in that I think the four skills to focus on for him are OD, ID, IS and JS.

I dont believe that you need to get him to 12 in rebounding to be in U21s, however some work in that skill does need to be done.

Passing and JR are obviously important as well.

Interested to know if any country has changed their specifications for either U21s or open age national team, to take into account the forthcoming changes in the Game Engine.

My 3 SFs if they dont get sold out from under me in a "repo sale" will be all different because of their heights and the skill sets that they begun with, but Im inclined to thinking at the moment that I will give them more emphasis on JR than what I probably would of, if the game engine was to stay as it is
