JR is only really important in R&G offence and some Princeton.

And I'm pretty sure Carmona's JS is 17....

I am trying to find the relevant point here. What are you asking or trying to prove?

Carmona's JS is 16. His JR is not too far behind. I want one more JR pop and one more passing pop and the guy really won't benefit stats wise. And his salary is already too high for div 3.

However, my side only won 2 games tonight. And what a game by PCI with no crunch vs Techenko in the midst of re-building mid-season. I think that's the first time I beat that juggernaut! Carmona fouled out so I can use him in CUP tomorrow and not bash his minutes this week!

Is the Illusion the team to beat. My god he looks tough!

Sean Ryan broke the league record for blocks in a game with 9 tonight against the Armageddons.

In other news, the league is conspiring against Mario Mannu by constantly increasing the minimum games played requirements to appear in the league leaders board.

I demand justice!

Hell yeah I am, but my game against Magic will really tell who is going to be favorited to take the title.

I fail to see how his salary is too high. He's not even the highest paid player in the league, nor is PCI among the highest in Sum of top 3.

Look at his arena. I make 50k more than he does even though I'm last in the league.

I have been slow to build my arena. I put most of my $ into new players. I make less then most folks from week to week.

Match day #10 8/3/10

Red Terrors @ 1Derz Bangerz. This was an intense match down to the wire, with the Terrors missing the opportunity to win the game in the last 5 seconds. Bangerz 109-107. Delalic was forced to take a long three pointer as the clock ran down, but it was a bit out of his range. Xiong was asked what was going through his head as he defended the final play and said, “Just hands up, hands up, no foul, no foul, and of course please do not go in”.

San Diego Crusaders @ The Illusion. Crusaders couldn’t keep up at either ends of the court and The Illusion breezed through their 10th win in a row 103-76. Illusion took the match easy, but they were clearly dominant and are looking at their next match against the Crazys with a deadly glare.

E.C. High-Flyers @ Chicago Goats. The Goats had their defensive tactics all wrong, but a remarkable 3rd quarter effort had them back in the game until the 4th where the Flyers took over and claimed the match 81-73. Abbondanza played all 48 minutes and stood out in the 4th when everyone was getting tired he was there to lead his team to a great win.

Champaign @ No Potential. This wasn’t much a game for the home fans who got to witness their team get beat up yet again by another tough div III.4 team. Champaign took it easy but got to work picking apart “No Po” for a 115-77 victory.

Cleveland Crazys @ Indiana Gavno. Crazys didn’t want to risk a loss to the still undermanned Gavno side and put more effort into the match. Crazys 84-63. Phillip German was seen taunting Rivard after the game and was gloating about almost achieving a triple double. His coach reminded him that almost isn’t the real thing.

TDX Dutchmen @ Roxas City Red Claws. Another forfeit by the Claws gives Dutchmen a big boost in PD 122-29.

Tachenko @ Prov City Investors. Tachenko’s flexibility on offense helped them get quality attempts against PCI, but they weren’t so flexible on the other end. Carmona and his backcourt were able to score at will and the result was a high scoring thriller that ended Investors 122-113. One unusual stat for PCI which was a key to their victory was the 70 rebounds they were able to collect compared to Tachenko’s 46.

Marietta Magic @ Armageddons. Magic stuck to what works best for them and it proved once again successful. Armageddons took the match easy though, not expecting to compete with Magic’s big men. Marietta 87-63. Mario Mannu made a fool of himself after the game attempting to “jerk” (the dance) for the away crowd. He was thoroughly booed and laughed at, don’t expect him to try that again any time soon.

Nightly Notable

Gael Carmona of the Prov City Investors. He led his team in a great win against Tachenko with 45 pts, 12 rbs, 4 ast, 2 stl, and could have added more had he not fouled out with 10 minutes left in the game. This was a key game for PCI in their attempt to return to the playoffs even though it is early in the season.

Man, did I ever have my tactics wrong.

A) Started Teddy Titus in place of Veiga Paz because Paz has been pissin' me off playing like turds fallin' out an elephants ass while Titus had a GS of 9 to Paz's 7.

B) Starting Titus Harvey at the 3 when I should have put Lowell Webber there. I looked at the Flyers roster and decided it was okay to let at least one person go off while I needed to ensure that the inside was not given up.

C) Right now, there are only 4 players safe on my roster. Cantrell (for now), Coyle, Candia, Partridge. Everyone else's job is in jeopardy.
