Fair enough, although I'm less interested in the effect of training type, and more about how substantial the differences are between trainees. So, rather than assuming 18/19 yo trainees, actually figuring out how much it slows down with age (when is it no longer worth training?), what the optimal height is for training different skills, when potential starts to impact training, etc. I haven't read that entire thread, but maybe you have the data to address this already.

I somehow managed THREE jump shot pops (awful, respectable, and sensational)...during 1v1 training? Definitely didn't expect that
