Perhaps you might consider working on OD for both players. The first players not bad but a bit behind for that age I think. Suggest OD and handling monorole. Just a thought :)

Two new team has join league II.3 and I have already send them an invitation BB-mail to join Malaysia forum(Its not a hard task actually sending invitation BB-mail, I think its an okay task for me, I'll do it TerFu), anyway, the teams and their respective talents using my usual expectation in this post(171513.15)>

Update for my least expectation for talents to go with the trend, feel free to give any suggestion to change my least expectation for talents.

Potential U-21:-
-Least potential of starter
-Age 18 must have at least 4k weekly salary
-Age 19 must have at least 5.5k weekly salary
-Age 20 must have at least 8k weekly salary
-Age 21 must have at least 11k weekly salary(U-21 player or not is decide by U-21 manager)

Potential NT
-Least potential of superstar
-Weekly salary below 10k must be at most 20 yrs. old
-Weekly salary below 25k must be at most 23 yrs. old
-Weekly salary below 50k must be at most 25 yrs. old
-I will also post the players with outstanding(above 100k) weekly salary(NT player or not is decide by NT manager)
