so where would we be without my final predictions for this season

adams guns
JW City Bulls
Rampaging Marmots
Home Axis

adam wont want to remain here too long & will go all out
jw has a great team and was very close last season
this is based on rabidcamel saying he will compete - otherwise he could be headed for 7th again
Home Axis is solid but what is their long term plan?
goldfish may be doing some very hard training in league games this season so will lose a lot
players have a strong team & really can end anywhere 3rd -6th depending on how much they are willing to spend & if they think it is worth it - what is their long term plan?
ypb may be tanking the season again but i suspect they have massive finances so outspend cccpba if they need to
cccpba from season 13 have no arena and a bunch of old guys 1/2 of which are 4 sale and look bad except for their few really good big men cant see them beating anyone in the big8 except ypb

very hard conference here to judge
smeltz is back from tanking in the abbl with smeltz and a fortune so must be favourite
bloods have a deep team & are well managed i expect them to give him a hard time
learvins are the other young team but run like clockwork behind their great ball movement
next 3 are really a coin toss 4 me
wcs look to be for real with a quality roster
bffls pwnage & meators will probably fight for the $$$ of 5th
cowboys have lost their way & will probably just do what they have 2 do to stay out of 8th just like ypb
Vis Maior is already selling guys and like cccpba may be best off just making a fortune this season and rebounding - or like cccpba they may have a disinterested older team (ypb & cowboys) that they can leap over

there is already 0% of all of this but if things go the way i suggest...

in relegation ypb will pull out the big $$$ again and relegate meators
cowboys will continue dozing and players will survive

in big 8 adam will smack hax
jw will take marmots
then adam will again make all of jws massive spending for nothing

in the great 8
smeltz will dispose of WCS
bloods will take the learvins
then bloods will upset smeltz who lacks support & has gotten fat & lazy

finals bloods go in hard but adam has way too much depth & gets back to the abbl

I am a little shocked that I'm ranked dead last, but I don't really care, haha. And yeah, I've always been a PG, so in every basketball game I've ever played I've either been a PG or built my team around my PG - so, O'Daire is definitely my best player at the moment!

And honestly, I still don't know whether I'll try and compete this season or put another season of training in. O'Daire is capped, but Gardner is developing into a PF beautifully, and my Greek trainee with the long name and my new HOF trainee will both want single position training. It'll be interesting, that's for sure.

well the best thing that could happen for all of us would be if ypb, you, me and cccpba were all tanking & we just let adam, jw, HAX & the players butt heads while we banked a couple of million each

i really need to give the wang and willy some training at c to work their is and id, those weeks are going to be all losses - i will probably wait until after the cup to do it but this is the season

havent you seen my team lately? smeltz has indeed gone fat and lazy but his team mates have more then picked up the slack! if i can survive with these rag tags until PO time, look to see a couple purchases to cement my return to the abbl

smeltz has done it all now ... winning the cup and ABBL title seems like a pipe dream now so i'm happy to just yo-yo up and down if need be ... interest has waned abit so lets see how this season goes eh

Im glad to have a nice upset victory 1st round, but i doubt i can keep it going for long!

Tbh I'll be the same as last season, in it for the title but not going to do anything rash to get it. and bloody hell tonights loss was a wake up call, even though I forgot to set my lineup and did it 10 mins before I batted in my cricket this afternoon.
When I thought easy win so play 2 starters and then forgot to put one of my trainees at C :p
Not a great start but we'll recover :)

With equal gameshape and enthusiasm, I won comfortably playing TIE against normal and playing 2 of my starters out of position... Fail?

Yeah, I think fishy's a little off with that one. Maybe he wasn't sure if you were going to tank again, and so he picked the halfway point of tanking/success?
