If your "assessment of players" is in any way based on performance in scrimmages, youre doing it wrong.

This is a game of hard numbers and facts. There is no "courage" or some idea that youre giving your guys a chance and they will respond to you. The only thing that counts is skills.

Also the idea that you are "building" toward some future idea you have for your team, I must ask what are you waiting for? If you have this 2 mil in your bank, and the players that you claim can compete with anybody anywhere, why have you put off promotion this long? I for one am excited to see the Rucker Bad Boyz in the NBBA in about four seasons :)

Why won't you listen to these guys they are trying to help you out!!!!You will realize one day that your method to this game is completely wrong some of these guys have been playing this game for 10 to 15 seasons they have learned from their own mistakes and just trying to save you the time from making the same ones. It is great that you think that you have this game figured out, but i don't think you do i think when you do finally promote or move on with your plan you will be in for a rude awaking. You have 14 players with the highest paid being 11,120 then it drops to 6,918 you are at 14-0 so far so i would imagine you will be putting your plan to the test next season when you promote. I have a couple of questions for you if you care to answer #1 do you understand the importance of game shape and what it actually does? #2 do you ever tie your games or do you usually play normal?

I was just asking about your plan. 2 mil is a pretty number and all, but do you have any solid plan other than saving money?

You mentioned trainees possibly not working out earlier. What trainees are you referring to? I see on your roster 4 players between the ages of 18 and 20. Three are draftees that dont play and are in awful GS, yet for some reason you keep around, and the fourth is a 20 yr old with 2k salary and starter potential.

Its completely possible that you have an approach that I have not thought of, or am not aware of. Im just trying to get a better understanding of what it is.

im gine i dont need any help . im just running tactics and learning how they work, As far my draft players I m going to sell them I always do every year.

My point is my assesment are not the whole game nor am i aying i can beat everybody. That would be fololish of me. Im just just saying if a trainee doesnt do well in s scrimmage it would be foolish to play him real game and lose 5 games becuase poor play. that all.

I read the faq and guides .. Being in div V for 8-9 season dont mean in stuck, i alwys had the money to get a better team. if any thing I want to learn and do more fr my team before i promote. Thats all

Who said im not listening to the help?? i read what you guys re saying im read the faqs. But i cant t use every single way becuase it impossible to do so. My money is not that long to do so either. Nor is team set like everybody team is set .

Look man i trained game shape for 1 and hlf season straight. Go ask manon, he told me "its told it quite follish to train something that changes auto matic? . I told him " i want to see what everything does before i promote. and that what ,im doing season by season, Im reading and building, learning tactics skills and seeing what everything does.. Im no slouch man . just becuase im Div V don t mean im a lost or cant compete with upper leagues team. I had 4 million at one point man was 1 in the league. i chose to not to promote its not hurting the league it nothing but bots.

And no i dont play tie. What do I save my players for , I have bench players ready and who can play 4-5 tactic and score in the bunches. If saying for Extra game boost. I dont beilive in such a thing in my moral values, while it asmart thing to do. its not something i ever didor will do . I pay the players a salaray and they should be ready lol

Assuming that English is your mother tongue, could you please take the time and try to write more clearly. There are so many typos, grammar mistakes and missing words that it's sometimes hard to read fluently.
On topic. I like your arena size. You have done a good job improving it. As others have pointed out already, you shoud have gotten (and should still get) yourself some trainees. Being in Div. V is a perfect opportunity to do off position training without hurting your team's record much, if at all. And looking at it from the money aspect, you could have sold these trainees for a nice profit after a season or two.

Let me see if i even understand what you have just attempted to post, btw how old are you? Just out of curiosity. I am sure that GM Manon did not tell you to train game shape never mind i just got a better idea of what you attempted to write. I think you said that you trained game shape for 1 1/2 seasons until GM Manon told you not to train something that changes automatically, i asked you if you understood what game shape means not if you trained game shape. And you say that you never play tie that it is against your moral values, WTF dude do you realize that this is an online game with a game engine the players are not real and where do you send their paychecks because you did mention that you pay their salaries so they should be ready to play. I don't know you or know anything about you except from these posts and i sure hope that you are of sound mind and not somebody that is challenged in certain areas because i am not writing this to offend you or humiliate you but what you are posting is really unbelievable and your spelling and grammar is atrocious that is why i asked you your age. I had to read your post about ten times before i could figure out some of the words. If you have this game mastered maybe you should try and master school that will help you out in the long run.

was my last game the scrimmage versus bot team? i think not when last a bot team could manage a scrimmage?

I love your colorful comments but its the furthest from the truth for me, Not my fault im 2 million in the bank and your cant get 5$ to buy a bucket to win a game. Blame me for building areana and building for the future a while learning how to play my team the correct way, instead tanking games in the higher league to do so. If you think i cant win those higher leagues games Ill say your thinking out your skull mr Gm perpete. I could've regulated every season for last 4 season inthose time i had 4 million cash on hand. But I have more important thing to accomplish for my team success.. those leagues arent going anywhere. The market is not going anywhere. So why should I worry about petty thing like upper league regulation. Its not going anywhere.

The game play the same exact way in those higher leagues regardless of what you say . You win or you lose. But one thing for sure Im going make sure i have the money to compete fincnacially and know what tactic my team streangth are to compete. How about that.

Instead of trying clown me, ask what im trying to do gm perpete. What Im doing for my team no little to nothing to do with how the game engine besides build a winning team and franchise. It take time, paitence and money.

I'm not impressed *at all* with your "building your team the right way" nonsense. You came into the game the same season as I did, though to be fair I had a one month head start. And you're still in the exact same place, though you've managed to set aside a couple million and at least had the sense to build your arena. Awesome. I'm near the top of my III league and have been competitive in it since arriving in it, just like I was competitive in IV - and I can think of a couple managers off the top of my head who came in later and are more successful. Sure, we could have sat back and raked in the easy money in V, but when you strive to be among the best, you seek out the challenge of playing the best, rather than romping through the fields of rampant mediocrity.

But yes, the game plays the exact same way in the higher leagues, except of course instead of 7 bots in your division setting default tactics with pathetic rosters, you start to play against actual managers with decent rosters and the ability to set other tactics that may work better for them (or counter yours, if that much is required).
