If I received poor service at dinner, I would communicate my displeasure, pay them, and either change my expectations for their service or not return for another meal. I wouldn't keep going back over and over expecting different results. That would be insane.
If the service of this game doesn't meet your expectations, then perhaps you should stop supporting the game. It would be sad to lose supporters of course, and if all managers followed that line of thinking we'd no longer have a game to play.
You miss my point about the children/Marin working on a weekend. I'm simply saying that I choose to appreciate Marin for working through the bug on what may not be his scheduled hours.
Your last paragraph is closed minded and speculates on what you don't know. You don't know my business knowledge. I'll make an educated guess that you have don't know what happens behind the scenes of this game either.
