Then Training Passing(PG) until the Passing is 12+;
Then Training Outside Shoting(SG) until the Jump Range is 11+;

三、Training lineup Set
Young players should play two games a week,Get more Experience;
One match at Training position(Starting +Backups+ Reserves)48min;
Another match Be a non-training starter (35min)or Backups(13min);
