You should try to bounce back asap, cos you get $1mil in promotion money again and once you get back to the ABBL you get the option of tanking and making 350k a week. A good rookie would also be icing on the cake.

The absolute BIGGEST cash incentive in this game is definitely promotion to ABBL followed by a season of some serious tankage! Not very sportsmanlike, and not in the spirit of the game, but meh.... until they fix it might as well make the most of it.

1 mil promotion money
average of 350k a week salary, up to 450k early on during the season when the fans havent realized you're tanking yet. Buy one or two NT players, keep them in good game shape, stay under the salary floor, and ka-boom your merch will skyrocket.
Not to mention as you said a good draft pick if you're lucky!

Netted around $5.5 million in total I reckon (not including sale of players)

Akuma I did it, similar result except I got a dud draft pick not a 5/5 star like you. Well worth it, it can set you up forever. You have $5,000,000 and the Windies have $10,000,000 so you guys can do whatever you want now.
