I might consider acquiring a big name player on a short term contract prior to finals, to assist with the development of my 3 young Aussie trainees.

That is soo sugar coated.. DivII.2 beware of this man.

Maybe division II.3 should be more worried!

hahha oops I was too intrigued by that 4mil transaction from a divII.2 team when I wrote it.

I stand corrected from yodabig.

Lots of crazy teams are going to the ABBL next season.

Ferruccio Trevelin (23921389)

Div II.2 looks quite interesting.

Awesome is a Manager whom I have high regard for and he has the HCA in his 20/8/13 game against BHB which could decide top spot

Will Awesome reinvest some of his 4 mill on some rent a beasts so as to return to the ABBL?

What will PeaceNroll do now after Awesomes awesome sale, given that he himself has just paid 1.4 mill for the 233K a week Aussie Centre Scott Schneider (22589770) ??????

May not be such an Ezilife for PeaceNroll with Awesome in that league

the real question is - what r u going to do when you get the ABBL with your trainee's?

Whilst I have a good chance of hanging onto top spot so as to get HCA in the finals, I do not consider it a certainty that I will be back in the ABBL next season.

Plenty of other good managers in this league.

Hypothetically if I was to end up in the ABBL next season then my trainees will be receiving the benefit of having their development being the primary focus of my team, just as they would if I was still in Div II.2

In a couple of divisions things still look wide open but there are lots of crazy teams that is for certain. The big question is once they promote can they resist the $5,000,000 lure of tankage?

Why can't you just admit that you're buying up before the finals in a bid to promote to ABBL? No one would hold it against you, in fact they would probably say congratulations on promoting.

It's not really a secret.

Its more fun this way.
this way, when i spend all my millions on an awesome team to win the league (coming from 4th place as well mind you) it will be all the more sweeter.
