Everyone, thank you.

For the owners of the players in the team, continue training your players. I will try to send you messages during the week and give suggestions on what I think the skills that they need to improve on. Please, please try to achieve strong to proficient game shape every time. If the skills of the players are close, and it might go down to form on who will see action on the court. I will use the best formation each time, in order to reward the owners, but if the skill disparity is not that huge, I will try to prioritize 20 year olds in order to give them valuable match experience.

If anyone wants to help, just send me a message, or post here. I will be looking for scouts, and people who can help me set the tactics for the matches.

Again, thank you.

Pilipinas U-21,
FIGHTING~!

I dropped players na graduate na sa U21, thus dropping the enthusiasm. There would be a enthusiasm reset sometime this week, just wait for it.

oo nga pala, congratulations on your win, We hope you could give the team what I couldn't... and more.

Okay.

The list is more or less complete already, thanks to all your help. During the week, I will be pm'ing the managers of the owners, and try to give suggestions on what skills they need to improve on. Also, we would make a database for all the players in the u-21 and national level, including those who were medyo unlucky to miss the cut.

Pero I am extremely busy, and I cannot do it all. I will be needing a staff para mas maging organized. Do NOT be afraid to post here, or message me your concerns about the u-21, I do not bite.

These are the positions that I think are needed:

1. Mentors. Our target is to retain the users of the Philippine teams and entice them to play for a long time. Ofcourse they will be more motivated to play if they are winning games, or their players are improving, kaya mentors are important. I expect you guys to teach the newbies on how to train properly, match tactics, game shape issues, and enthusiasm. Medyo mahirap, kaya I'm looking for experienced players who know how to play.

2. Scouts. Sobrang important.

Pag may nakita kayo na 18yo or 19yo with superstar and up potential, with good starting salary, message the owner and ask them if they need help in training, or whatever. Ask the owner if they are willing to give the complete stats of the player for future reference.

For 20 and 21 year olds, please get the complete stat of the players. It is better kung pwede ung print screen, cut, copy, paste, para mas madali. When the enthusiasm resets already, I will not be adding or dropping players anymore due to enthusiasm concerns, except in cases wherein we missed a player during the offseason who is way better than those that we currently have on the team.

I think Don Manoah of memongs has contacted me already to become a staff, pero we will need more, a lot more. If you have aspirations of becoming national team managers in the future, I suggest that you be part of the staff. Consider it like an OJT training to familiarize yourself with the system and all that.

Again, a reminder. Medyo close ung skills ng players. While I will be biased towards those who are younger, and have better potential, game shape is crucial for them to play. Please try to limit their minutes to 70-85ish minutes per week for them to get a strong or proficient form. That is all.

Pilipinas U-21,
FIGHTING!~

Thank you jepoi, for all the help.

U-21 News:

Requirements:

Guards:
JS: prolific JR: strong
OD: prolific HD: *
DR: prolific PS: *

Big Men:
IS: sensational ID: sensational
REB: sensational SB: *

* means that it is not necessary, but the higher the skills are, the better the chances of making the team.
** strong gameshape everyweek please!
** free throws should be awful atleast, please.

someone please sticky this.

As of the moment, there are still people who are submitting their players for evaluation. If you send me a message, please follow the following format.

Subject should include, Player full name, age. (For example, Cesario Igano 20)

The roster is not yet final until friday night, so the players still have time to get in. Also, I am adding and dropping the players as of the moment because we are in the process of making a database of Filipino players, which includes their pictures, stats, and cool stuff. If your player got dropped, please understand that we are still choosing the team, and this is not yet final. I can only add up to 18 players, and I will be trimming down the team to around 15 to 16, para I will still have room to add up a couple of spectacular players without losing enthusiasm, and element of surprise na din.

Also, we understand that the managers of the players would not want to divulge the stats of their players to everyone, so the database would only be accessible to a few people, most notably the staff. So please, send me a message of your intent to join, then I will find something for you to do. Medyo cool if you own a player, and be part of the staff. Para makita nyo how your player fares with the rest of the team. :)

That is all.

U 21 Team

Okay guys first off, I would like to thank everyone who trained their players and supported the national team. I personally think that this is the best u21 team we've had so far. We have progressed so far over the years with all your help.

After careful and thorough deliberation, we have chosen a 15 man roster to represent our country in the qualifications. We chose the team based on their skills and potential, and not salary alone. It was a hard task of choosing the best players since almost all of them more or less had the same stats, and konti lang ung difference between them. The reason why we chose only 15 is for the chance to call up players who exhibited amazing skill pops over the course of the season, and to save a prospect from a team that is going bot.

Point Guard

Thaddeus Jayme, 20, (8210197)
Emmanuel Savella, 20, (8208156)
Jefferson Geduspan, 21, (7860243)
Paulino Dasal, 21, (7741148)
Frederick Reodica, 20, (8207400)
Cai Debang, 20, (8207421)

Shooting Guard

Emmet Dasilao, 20, (8207459)
Amir Baluyot, 21, (8207217)

Small Forward

Art Quisumbing, 21, (7671842)
Jesse Soguilon, 20, (8729402)

Power Forward

Romeo Panagdato, 21, (7433803)

Center

Cesario Igano, 21, (7415967)
Almario Ejercito, 20, (8208422)
Alexis Maquiran, 20, (8208736)
Salvador Sabella, 20, (8209908)

Players who narrowly missed the cut:

Dionisio Yanga
Gene Mesina
Andrew Solima
Anacleto Artadi

Pero if your players didn't make the team, there is still a chance for them to get called up. A member of the staff will monitor the players constantly, and will be taking notes regarding their pops and game shape. Please coordinate with them regarding your players' growth. We will be calling up a center in the following weeks, depending on their progression.

Also, if the players on the team are consistently showing up with poor game shape, there is a chance that they will be dropped in favor of the other players.

Congrats everyone!
