Ye i agree, you did a great job you kinda rebuilt the team and have your own way of working things, fortunately it looks like we have quite a few good guards coming through so them coupled with our regularly good big men should be a force to be reckoned with.
The semi game was a pity but hey, maybe next season right :)
also i saw Nick Hutt got the promotion, so thanks :)

Excellent job on the U21 team mllama, I will vote for you again and again, til you get sick of it LOL
Yeah it was a pity we lost by 4 points in the semis, but we got out done by a better team on the day. Looking forward to the next crop of young U21 studs who will take us to places where he have never been before.

You didn't use Cranshaw in the semis, that's why you lost by 4 ! :p
Good luck for the next season ;-)

Are you able to update every Australian league for the BBStats NT Scouter? I would like to see where my 19-year-old ranks in terms of salary.
I think he has an outside chance to make the U21 team as a SF. I trained him 2 positions last season with a level 4 trainer, but I now have a level 5 trainer and am going to 1-position train him with two guards. He should pop in OD this week, I got full traing during the finals.
I'll probably train 6 weeks pressure, 4 weeks outside shooting, and 2 weeks passing.
Weekly salary: $ 8 929
DMI: 78900
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: star
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: strong
Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: average
Handling: average
Driving: proficient
Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong
Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable ↑
Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average
Free Throw: proficient
Experience: atrocious
Reckon he could squeeze into the team when he's 21? Also, how many seasons of 1-pos training can I get out of him before he caps?
Ding.

Sorry but his potential is way too low to make the u21 national team. Also, his skills aren't high enough for his age.
Will be a good asset for your team though.

Looking like a SG you're making there. In that case, you should probably go with OD and JR this season.

What are you trying to train him as? Point Guard or Shooting Guard or Small Forward?
For PG:
I would rotate training between OD, one on one and Passing until OD is at sensational, passing is at prolific, and handling and driving are at prolific.
For SG:
I would train passing up to proficient. Then one on one until driving is at strong. Then OD up to sensational. And then rotate training between JS and JR until jump shot is at wonderous.
For SF:
I would train ID up to strong. Then OD up to sensational. Then IS up to strong. Then passing up to prominent. Then rotate training between JS and JR until JS is at wonderous.
I personally wouldn't train him up to be a SF because I think an SF needs to be able to rebound and it would take too long to get his rebounding to a decent level. But he could be a great PG/SG. And he has great potential as well.
Goodluck!

There were a couple of star-potential players in the U21 team last season, and my guy's skills are comparable to your trainee Jack Rosa.

Which star potential players were on the u21 team?
Your trainee's skills are about 4 or 5 pops behind Jack Rosa's on main skills.
