I know that is the right way.

But I am 4 season in III, I wanna make a team what supports the II.

I will do that, what you say, after I have my real team. My 3 treiner isn't more a treiner, I think I'll sell him.

I'll try just SG or PG,I do not know now. But I'll do it.

I'm in Div I and I still do this.... So I don't see why you can't do that in DivIII. And if you do it that way you will have a DivII quality team much faster than if you don't.... So I don't see why you wouldn't do that....

That's good.

If I do it, I'll lost some backups players. It's hard to understand but for me It is important.

I'll buy a PG in the Sunday, and I'll sell my actual PG and the third trainer, so, I'll begin with this train.
