JS, JR, handling and driving will all need to be better for those higher divisions. He is a little behind for his age. I'd focus on JS but when you get that to a decent level (mediocre) his inside skills will be behind. After JS is at a decent level do inside training for a bit and then move back to outside training

Drafted him as a SG but through training he has become a SF. Been one and two position training him with guards to make him my next SG but could become a SF

Train OD for the rest of the season if you want him to be very good in the long term. OD is very hard to train later. Also, train JR half of next season. JR should be trained when the player is younger also.

With atrocious IS and inept ID make him an SG not an SF :). I'd train OD for the rest of the season and next season train JR and a little OD. Do a little JS next season and passing.

I'm training OD now but they seem v far behind the levels they shud be for 1/2 trhough the season

Here is a guy i drafted a few seasons ago and just slotted in to my training, too bad he has such a crappy potential or he could be a beast... the plan is to get a pop or 2 more in OD and possibly a couple more passing pops and then jump shot til he caps.... he'll be a great defensive small forward for me.

Anybody have any guesses as to when he will cap out?
