I don't blame VS of taking advantage of the system.
I blame the system which allows managers from small countries to do such moves.
Last time some users pointed out that, the answer was "the B3 winners are only from big countries".

But isn't this the beauty of the system? Look at national basketball or soccer competition. When did a small country lately win anything in those sports? Greece in Portugal doesn't count, as Greece is not that small as Iran is in BB world.

The difference in TV revenue, the fact that small countries cup tournaments finish close to ASW, the smaller pool of NT talent to soften your merch revenue..... the smaller nations that wish to compete in the BB3 have to take a run at it using old resources as it's harder to sustain a $1mil roster all through the season unlike teams from big countries.....

What are you waitin for Liechtenstein or Luxembourg to be european champs in football? Duhh

No, I'm not. But why only Europeans and South Americans win in soccer? I mean, is there a shortage of money in China, Japan, a few African republics, or few middle-east countries? In BB, this is possible and I like it.

Yes, cup tournaments finish earlier, but you can win it easely (only a few teams can compete) or at least arrive till the semi-finals/finals.
Yes, there's a smaller pool of NT/JNT players... that means you can have two/three of them simply training draftees or buying them spending a little money.
Additionally, as you join the game you are in II or even first league (with all the privileges), in Italy as you join the game you are in V if you're lucky, sometimes even in VI...

No, it's really not the beauty of the system. The beauty of the system would be if B3 can win the best manager no matter where he is from. And that's not the case of this season if VS wins the final.

We are not talking about 1M roster, but about 1,5M-2M roster and it's probably easier to sustain for 2 seasons in small country if team tanks enough before.

For me, a good manager can be in top BBB teams every season and every season be a contender to win both home trophies. You are a good example of that. If there is occasionaly a team like VS that comes along, let it be. It's not like this will happen every season. You have to have a lot of patience to tank enough seasons for being a "king" for just one season. For some it's worth it, but probably not many, so I guess a case like VS will come around once in 6-8 seasons. No biggie.

It's not like winning BBB means that team's manager is the best manager in BB universe. Mostly it's true, but not always.

Do you remember World Cup in South Corea and Japan? South Corea won against Span and Italy in knockout rounds. Isn't this a bit similar to VS winning this season? This doesn't mean Italy or Spain is a worse team than South Corea...it just means there were other factors working for S.Corea. Luckily we don't have "other factors" like these in BB. The closest would be injuries.

I hope you're joking.
If you don't remember those matches (I really do) go and watch them again. The greatest shame ever in the last 30-years of soccer games.

EDIT: I've seen your reply. I don't think we can compare these things, because here the problem is economy, which can be fixed.
