I have enjoyed the rest of this but that is very disappointing to read. Hopefully something is done.

i had zero enthusiasm, it was an away game, and you're my rival. And ive got adams guns in the last round, so yer, the CT was the only way to go.
didnt even come close to winning.

Look I actually got on well with Sasstroopers and DFBS and I have no problem them re-entering the game under other names.

I believe that their personalities are good for the game.

Whats happened has happened I missed out on a guard with who was a national team player (for another major country) who was only 30, who had an estimated price of several times what he sold for.

His game shape was ordinary but a couple of weeks would have made a big difference.

He may have made a difference in a final but the incident is over and done with.

Not saying I want anyone banned from the game, again I actually like them, but I would be appreciative if it doesn't happen again over the next week or so

In other news - the relegation series look to be heating up, with Mayhem shoring up his defences for his games against Coasters.

that or he has resigned himself to relegation and has bought a new trainee :)
bit surprised that tannum or fashion havent bought up, i know they both have the cash, woulda thought that staying up would be prefereable for them.
still - plenty of time to buy :)

What rules are being broken?
Was it against the rules for someone to bid on a player that you're bidding on?

Not saying that I asked him to do it or anything, these guys all have a mind of their own and do what they feel like
just sayin..dont see anything in the rule book that says thou shalt not bid on same player as sid vicious

Not accusing you of any wrong doing and believe that your attempts at promotion and reasons for seeking it are admirable.

Essendon Football club thought they were within the rules as well and lets face it there are some past members of the XBB Federation, who have been reincarnated, who have had a history of breaking rules.

Would of loved this guard because win or lose, I could have sold him at a profit despite paying 520K for 2 weeks salary.

Market seems to have heated up lots today, I reckon I could have turned Cranshaw over for a profit on Sunday if I had of been able to re-list him straight away.

Whats done is done, lets move on and have a "fair war", well as fair as it can be with you having HCA and Sojka (a former member of HA) and also Duffill in your squad.

If you wanted a 'fair' war you'd both try and win the league without buying rent a beasts that are totally unsustainable. Obviously that didn't happen, so now it's just a case of all's fair in love and war.

What can I do?

I hate playing this way as well, but it's either try to level the playing field by obtaining rentals myself, or bend over and take it from HA's rentals like I did during the regular season.

It's a totally crap way of playing the game, and you're right, whoever has the deepest pockets will win.

I agree with what you just said, that's the unfortunate part.

We all play by the same rules, but from a game enjoyment point of view, the rules currently suck. There needs to be serious changes, otherwise every season ends the same - whoever has the most money wins (unless they decide not to spend it).

I can't for the life of me understand how the BBs can't see what is an obvious problem and actually do more to address it, other than a couple of minor changes.
