I completely forgot about those. I'm changing my suggestion to this: 'Make joining federations a non-supporter feature'. Activity would increase and supporters would still have a bonus feature (making federations). More communication is allways good for a browser based game...

Federations are the most funny way to communicate in BB. Why make them free?

Exactly. Getting people to join Federations for free and be able to communicate there would potentially make new people actually stay playing.
Usually you start playing in a league with mostly bots and its kind of impersonal. It's not exciting at all. Personally I have just been relegated from the top division and this season is incredibly boring, playing just bots.

A minor suggestion of my own would be to change a bit the supporter feature. I always tend to support whatever game, rock band, entrepreneur, or whatever that does something I like, but a one off payment of 40 USD is a bit of a turn off.
Having more plans could be an option, or 3.50 USD per month (40/12) is just a beer so I wouldn't mind.
