Has atmosphere been programmed into the arena calculation?

That's sort of how I've been reading between the lines of Forrest's comments. (But I'm not Forrest's PR officer.)

I havnt been affected by this "bug" but still I must say something. It is obvious to me that there is something wrong. It seems to me as somewhere in your code there is something like this.

More than 20 000 seats -> less bleachers sold
Less than 20 000 seats -> normal

I would love to see comparison between two teams - one of them having 19 999 seats and the second one having 20 001. Cant you track some of these?

Excatly what i'm thinking.

i have 21450
bleachers : i have 13346 ( 18550 ) @ 14$
other in my league

arena : 17982
bleachers 15800 ( full ) @ 17$

arena : 16900
bleachers : 14500 (full ) @ 20$

I really think there is a down for arena over 20k, but it's unfair, even if the arena is bigger, we should do the same as 17k-18k-19k arena.

I would say now going forward things should be good, and you should look at tuesday's results before you make more complaints.

We did look forward this day's results but I guess it's more or less the same. If you like it the way it is now - OK - but I think you should not.

having investigated the 14500 case in detail, I can say definitively that those were not the prices that were in affect when his attendance was calculated, and he has raised his prices considerably since then. I would suspect that most teams which sold out decided to increase their prices considerably. Your prices and arena seem to be very close to the formula as designed.

I need some more examples, and I will double check that the revenue they were given matches the prices quoted.

I should also say that he has a higher fan spirit than you do, so even if prices were identical i would expect him to sell some more tickets.

btw check out this guy

Yes. he had 4020 supp at the beginning of season, i have 3995.
He won the cup and lost in Final where i did only 2 semi finals.

So his spirit is bigger than mine.
I forgot he changed his prices, i can't remember what they was.
but i think they was 17 or 18.

Should we have penalty only above 20K ( seats 20.000th to full arena ), or the penalty starts at 1 to full arena ?

Now, it is very difficult to investige something for us, because nobody knows what where the prices where attendances were calculated. I can garantee only my own prices :-(

we will continue to monitor income on a global scale to make sure it is in alignment with where we put it.

if people give me more examples of things that people think are way off I will check to see if the prices shown make sense given the amount of revenue they actually received... but I think because I am not seeing an outpouring of outrage in this thread that most people probably think things are working ok.

I think the issue is not that some attendances are way off, it is that all attendances in arenas having more that 20,000 seats are just weird.

P.S. Well okay, you may think that the more people reporting the bug the more severe the problem is, but in my view it is not a good way of solving problems. (It is not a way at all.)

Edit #2: There is still bug with "rotation" in matches and there is nobody reporting it. Does it mean the bug doesn't exist, then?

okay you showed me one arena with >20K that you thought was off, i have shown you at least one sold out arena, I can find many more... in fact looking at all of tuesday's games played in arenas that have >20K capacity I find that there were 83 games played in "large" arenas. Of those 63 had >19K attendance. 75>15K attendance.

of those which had <15K in attendance, the vast majority were not in division 1, and most of those with very low attendances were in division 4.

So from a macro perspective, things don't look systematically out of whack, so any bug would have to be a very specific bug on one team, and given the way the new code is structured I don't see how that is possible.
