I think you should change interface a little bit... Lots of new managers can hardly find the draft.. Sure, it's easy to find using the game rules. Some managers can just forget about it :)
it would be nice if you remind the users about the draft using news block, for example..

Everybody should have a draft pool available now. Are you looking in the right place (Manage My Team -> Edit Draft Order)?

I don't see anything for the draft. Obviously it's changed in the menu since last year, but I don't see it under "manage my team."

OMG, just found it! That's crazy, who even knew those links were there? Why did it change from the left rail? Wow. I think a lot of folks are going to miss that.

It should be there on the right menu.
Anyway, you can also use rules-draft- link to edit draft order
