how can i know that a division in a country is drafted? where shall i look? i cant see anything telling me who got drafted and who still didnt...

saying that, i know ghana will be last country probably to be drafted, so i simply waiting to hear the news that all the drafting is finished to know that ghana got drafted lol

A clever way is to pick one team from the country that you are intersting in. Go to the players of the country, ''sort'' them by Age and the 3 youngest WITH DMI 0 and with the countries flag will appear. Try 2-3 different teams in case that someone has already fired the not wanted players from the draft and there you are....;)

When you start training them or they play minutes in a match. Anyway i suppose it´s at training update.

ye one of my rookies got an epic pop in his stats after training

i wont say the stats but his
JS went up 1
Driving went up 1
IS went up 1

and i trained one on one does that happen often?

It depends on what their sub levels were prior to training. If sub level are all high it doesn't take much to make a pop. Everything has to align so it probably won't happen again for a while.
