You can keep your level 5 60k trainer if you insist but as a division IV team it is probably killing you. You would be MUCH better off with a level 4 trainer costing you under $20k a week.

Gulbani is the greatest player Aussie BB has seen do you doubt his ability to score points from the PG position? He would be like a cross between Derek Rose and Chris Paul, only better.

Please do yourself a favour, instead of training four guys badly including one (Statton) who everyone keeps telling you is not worth it, wouldn't it be better to train three guys (including the great Gulbani) properly?

i dont know how much $$ you have.. but maybe wait until Friday to fire your lvl 5 trainer, you have paid him for this week, so might as well get the training.. and if you fire him today, i believe you are just going to have to pay the $60k again as severance fee.

after training on friday.. FIRE your lvl 5 60k trainer... no if, buts or maybes.. you need to make sure he is gone by Sunday so that you dont pay his salary again

search for new staff member.. set up the search so that you are looking for an Advanced trainer, with a maximum salary of $15,000 per week.. these are a dime a dozen, and you should be able to pick 1 up for between $1,000 and $10,000,

After this, you will be saving $45,000 per week... dont spend it.. save it, and buy 1 good trainee of Perennial All-star potential or better.

Also, if you still have that ridiculous 30k doctor, fire him, and search for a competent doctor with a maximum salary of $10,000 per week.. these are again a dime a dozen and you should get 1 for $1,000

Good advice, excellent actually. But he should also wait to fire his doctor until after his match on Saturday seeing as he has already paid for him. The best doctor for his division I would estimate would be a level three with massage specialisation costing about eight thousand a week.

ok thats useful to know. ive set up a series of googledocs spreadsheets that link in to a central googledocs spreadsheet the u21 and nt manager can see. the idea is to add the pops as and when managers get in touch and our scouts can keep in touch with them to keep them regular. however ive found the setting up of them a bit slow going and hit and miss whether our helpers can understand it / fill it in properly.
im happy to perservere with it now as nothing settles down and works straight away, and things are improving, but i think having something automated would be so much better!
