so if all 16 abbl teams had like 1mil in player salaries before the season started, it wouldve have significantly increased our TV income for the whole season???

You win some and you lose some that is the way it is but every season there is one game that makes no sense at all. Tonight Slam ! totally slaughtered me which would make me wonder about the stats of his guys except his main guy was for sale and I saw them. My defence was equal to his offence, my offence was superior to his defence, he had a slight edge in rebounding and yet he destroyed me. Destroyed. Even his $30k players slaughtered my $70k ones and I know my guys are well balanced in their skills. Ah well, it happens. Nice win Johnno.

Cheers Yoda. lol I wouldn't call it a slaughter we were pretty even for most of the game, I just pulled away in the last 2 mins.

In regards to my guys stats, that have bit this and a bit of that... Actually their most consistent high stat is experience!! Their all old farts!

But experience is the secret weapon stat, that at age 30 it unlocks old man tactics for your players:
Old man tactics such as:
- rebound with swinging elbows to the head.
- Never falling for a crossover on defense because you can't be stuffed moving.
- dribbling with an extended arm ready to elbow the head of any wannabe stealer
- the big butt box out on the boards.
- the yelp and flop to draw out fouls.
- and more random elbows to the head.

just a couple of hours until Mikey Bergman departs BHB's and most likely the ABBL - sad day for me especially given I knocked back an offer for 5 million for him shortly before the market bubble burst.
