you have had some great young players, you have 2 u/21's now dont you?

I have been going since season 13, made it to Div 2 alright but can see myself floating around for quite a few seasons.

My work place has 3 active managers and has had up to 5 at once. Coach noodles is a big fan and got us on board, mind you he is usually busy grooming young welsh boys.

He's a noob, Trikster...he wouldn't have known that! Cut him some slack.

Iwen is it? I suggest you start by reading the manual. There are plenty of experienced managers who woul be more than willing to answer any questions you have. Obviously, training players properly will be an issue...
