I'm a bit confused, i was expecting a promotion bonus of 300k as League IV champion, and instead only received 100k... wtf!?

That isn't the promotion bonus. Promotion bonuses aren't awarded until the off-season processing.

What you received is the league champion bonus, which replaced there being any income from a third game. The winner gets X (depends upon Division level) and the runner-up X/2.
