i was under the impression that this season there would be new, universal relegation series of matchups (5 vs. 7, 6 vs. 6, 7 vx. 5), with five teams demoting. with that in mind, i did a late season CT to make sure i got the #7 team in the other conference.

i was more than a little surprised and dismayed to find out the new relegation matches apparently did not apply to Utopia teams, and i drew a a much tougher matchup.

ah well.

That was one brutal 4th quarter to end the finals.

I feel for Haifa Suns who lost HCA because of a bad Cup draw which went into overtime and where he almost knocked out the no. 1 or 2 team in Utopia.

Thanks! It was a good fight at the finals but the better team (Lakers) won....
I wish them good luck in the premier league.
