Well, if you have a better explanation, I'd like to hear it :)

Yeah, but this is a very rare set of circumstances: this team has been a bot for a long time (most teams in that league carry over 40 players on their rosters, which indicates a lot of drafts), and after becoming a bot, an 18 (or 19yo, I don't know when exactly this team turned bot) 6'2" HoF somehow filled up the sPG rosterslot, the team dropped to bottom division and it looks like he used his training time well!

Anything could have happened: training could have been set at team training FT, a starter potential player, or an overaged player could have been auto assigned to the trained roster spot, the team could have been replaced by a new 1, the trainer could have been replaced.. And still this guy somehow managed to become a $ 320 000 salary/week PG. I am not sure it is, but I can't find another explanation than bot training. And who knows, maybe there are dozens of players like that..

maybe that random play a role in the FA thing, so maybe all "new bot player" with a current salary above 10k$ have the chanche of 60% to become an FA, and he was unlucky with it ;) Depending that you see some, but not thousand player in the low 10k Area as a free agent might be another point who leads to the fact - but maybe someone knows it for sure.

Could be :) But somehow he's a 320k player, and it wouldn't surprise me that after the next salary update, he'll be 1 of the most expensive players in the game...

I don't think randomness would play a part in who becomes a free agent. That would just be unfair as some very good players would miss out. I also don't think that bot teams train players as then many bot teams would be winning a lot more games than at the moment.

another point in this direction, why does those bot still play with their "normal" lineup? Usually the old players stay out of the lineup and new scrubs take the playing role. is it an bug?

About the randomes, i think the target of the fa was drain money out of the system not to rescue all good players, but it is still a theory.

Saw a few confussion.

-The NT's coach can select players from a team that its coming soon a bot, and when this team is a bot the player can be sold. Anyway i dont know exactly if a NT coach can select a player from a bot but i would say yes.

-Players in bot teams train, i had 1 nt center who plas playing as a C but jumped in JS :P. I suppose this bot teams train what the manager left in the setup training.

no once a bot the player is gone, this nannoys especially NT coaches from small countrys who like to free some talented drafts.

When a human manager set a training and a lineup, the players will continue to play, and consequently to train till the team will be reassigned to some human user, when the roster will be changed with another roster,If a player remains in a team for a long time after the team became a bot,he could reach enormous level in training

How the fa system chose what are the players to free is incomprehensible, but that's antoher question
