¬¬' I played with the backups!

So, what Stacey Searles did? He's a good player making points, like Schimmelmann.

Sorry to break it to you my friend ralp from brazil.

i highly doubt he'll be able to make U-21 of New Zealand, judging by his age and salary,
his salary are lower than those of 19 yrs old(properly trained)

my ex-U-21 can get triple double at the age of 20 with 20k salary(if playing other team's backup).

i think is 26 pts 22 rb 12 assist.

most people's player made U-21 by 20 or late 19. and i gatha say, he is no where near. our country's player are getting extremely good at training young talents.

look at how good our U-21 is right now... and it'll get better :P

If you don't know, I'll train him just NT. U21 doesn't matter.

It's impossible put him in U21 if you've begun when he was 19.

think of it this way....

our current U-21 20yrs old are better.... what make you think you can over come them?

he's not actually that young. + our Current starting PG for NT is only 24(Mckenzie) and backup is 23 ( Wally)
SG Stacey, Gandi(young)

and the other 20 yrs old in U-21, + Brownlow.

unless you can cap his potential, otherwise is very unlikely, i hope you have a level 7 trainer
+ my 18 yrs old rookie can probably give you a run for his money as well.

Stacey does a lot more than just get points. Look at his last game, 33 points but he also had 8 assists, 6 rebounds, 5 steals and even had 3 blocks. Then look at the PG's from the other team, zero points.... (they did get 8 assists though... :P)

Playing against these teams in NZBL.

Playing in the NT, against other NT's the stuff changes.

What do you need? PG or SG? He can be the both.

When he's 24 years old, he'll in NT easily, don't in the Five. One season later, with 25 years old, he'll be in the five.

Well his manager certainly ain't short on confidence for him, if only that equated to 20 free Skill pops then he might have a real chance :P

Easily.

One question.

Why U21 NZ is stronger than NT?

It is not normal, usually If the NT is bad,the fault is of the bad U21. Here's the U21 level is much higher than NT.

took me a while to decipher what you're saying =.=

anyway... our U-21 standard is higher than NT in term of placing because.....

only until few season ago when namssor came over to NZ-NT and teach us a great deal of stuff like 1 position training and all that
*god bless that guy* I owe alot to Namssor he's literally my NT's player's Advice coach
we started to learn how to train rookie properly, thus making our Current U-21 alot stronger than before... and it also means... our Future NZNT will be a beast team ;)
