lol zazz, yoda, hadders and iwen will all want to come back to the abbl asap for the 1mil promo money and yoyo up and down for a few seasons to to get that all time great aussie rookie.

I mean i would've done that too if I didnt already have 1 or 2 decent trainees.

A - buying randolf was not my intension. No way would I have bought him if I was thinking straight.
B - I have a player injured which now ruins my chances of beating his outside players effectively.
C - Unless meat buys inside players, I'm a chance.
D - Even if he does buy inside players, I'm planning to counter that.
E - Radford is on sale soon. Hey Learvins, got any spare change? lol
F - If vis beats you, or you let them win, both meat and YPB will go down (maybe)

A- I am well aware the purchase of radford is not the actions of someone thinking straight... At the time of the purchase you said it was intentional and that you could plan around him. That tells me that although you weren't thinking straight, you were thinking as straight as you could.
B- Even without the injury, you would still need at least 1 more outside player to match him effectively
C- No, you are not
D- Not with what you have. And the purchase of radford makes me question whether you could manage the rational thinking to make it happen
E- The fact you haven't sold radford yet is proof you don't have the rational thinking to make it happen
F- I am semi tanking, but I do so for me. I don't tank to help or hinder anyone that doesn't improve my situation. Holtz did it to me seasons ago and I won't give him the satisfaction of sinking to his level... At the end of the day I'll just smash him again next season

extra factor is some bad drop downs from abbl coming, zazz w 13 million, yoda w 8 million, hadders w a top 4 cup team, iwen w who knows 20+ million


Well it could still be HA who comes down.

I imagine if HA does go down it will be either div II.1 or II.4 that I end in because Ive already been in the other two.

Obviously HA is not as scary a proposition as the 4 teams you mentioned, but I did start last season in div 2 with a negative bank balance and was still able to re promote.

how have our previous 2/1 guys gone?

fat buy looks safe in abbl beating every1 just beat bell park

snuffles tanked but could be heading back & is still #14 in oz

kynlala would easy be there if he wanted u know that he was TOP in big 8 season 17

koopasaurus is kicking butt

how about the 2/4 teams?

hsdo, adam, vcut & u all 1 & done (no offence to any of those teams)

its easy to get there from 2/4 but hard to stay

No argument from me Div II.1 looks tough and well my team is not as "div 2 ready" as what it was at this stage 2 seasons ago.

Got to remember my teams heritage is also div II.3

Dont want to demote but if I did Id imagine that div II.4 might be a softer landing than II.1

Datzilla is no certainty to stay up as he will be playing Hadders in a relegation series.

HA with 2 games to go has had 9 wins this season and will have a have home court advantage in a relegation series

fan survey totally sucks

been punished all season cause fans think i did bad last season

lost by 1 point in qf to jw who lost by 4 points to adam who took fat buy to 3 tough games

one more basket & it may have been me in abbl but no my fans think it was a bad season

If this were true then we'd be able to swap bbmail warnings of bankruptcy with each other.

The two seasons I made ABBL i copped them and once went with a whisker of achieving the rare feat of ABBL promotion and bankruptcy all in the one day.

Different scenario up here in the ABBL this season as Im still sitting on cash to buy another beast if needed

how about the 2/4 teams?

WA is a Dump won the div II.2 championship in season 13 and then won the ABBL championship in season 14

Have any of the div II.1 promotee teams achieved this as yet?

Monkey Biz our currant GM came through div II.2 in season 15 and like WA is a Dump, has stayed up

Whitebeard, Pancakes and BHB all promoted from II.3 and have stayed up

Certainly II.1 is currantly a tough league because of the depth of quality managers
If Glenelg Tigers rolls the dice they could win 11.2 and stay up and just for correctness HSDO actually came through div II.4 and not II.2 as stated

Zazz also came through II.2 in season 16 and is still in the ABBL

Actually, no, it wasn 't intensional. It around christmas time, and with a few bbqs, b'days, xmas parties, a few drinks, and late night bid, it definately wasn,t intensional. At least, it's not something I woulda done had it been at a time that I could think clearly. also not like not trying sell him. wouldn't sell for a very low price, so now I'm waiting for what would hopfully be the right time.
