U 21 Team

Okay guys first off, I would like to thank everyone who trained their players and supported the national team. I personally think that this is the best u21 team we've had so far. We have progressed so far over the years with all your help.

After careful and thorough deliberation, we have chosen a 15 man roster to represent our country in the qualifications. We chose the team based on their skills and potential, and not salary alone. It was a hard task of choosing the best players since almost all of them more or less had the same stats, and konti lang ung difference between them. The reason why we chose only 15 is for the chance to call up players who exhibited amazing skill pops over the course of the season, and to save a prospect from a team that is going bot.

Pero if your players didn't make the team, there is still a chance for them to get called up. A member of the staff will monitor the players constantly, and will be taking notes regarding their pops and game shape. Please coordinate with them regarding your players' growth. We will be calling up a center in the following weeks, depending on their progression.

Also, if the players on the team are consistently showing up with poor game shape, there is a chance that they will be dropped in favor of the other players.

These are the people who are helping me to run our U21 team, and a brief description on what they do:


Guiltyroad of rubber soul (54820)

He will be talking to the owners of the players who missed the cut for the team. He will update me with the player pops for those who did NOT make the team, para sa chance to be part of it. Also, he will help me choose the tactics to be used in the matches.

harmless of chicharong honet (54343)

He will be coordinating with the owners of the exceptional 18 and 19 year old players in the database and will help us monitor their growth. Also, he will be helping me choose the tactics that we would be choosing in our matches, alongside Guiltyroad.

Scouts:

They will be working hard to put up a database of young players who have the potential in making the team in the future. Also, at the start of the season, they will work together to list the great players from the draft. They will also help me in making the decisions regarding lineups and match tactics.

budta will be the overall coordinator.

He will be responsible in scouting players in the lower leagues, III and IV.

He is responsible for scouting players in the PPL and div II.

You may now look thru players based on salaries much faster... i suggest the other scouts to just update the standings of each league so that players from that league may be included in the scouter... it makes your work much easier. :)

suggestion lng sna mgmeeting ang U21 officials every week about the progress of our team...tpos every week din may mgupdate samin nang mga nagyayari...ung prang may reporter ba n ggwa xa ng article for the pinoys to be informed...so the pinoy managers will get interest in honing their players to play for u21 rp team..just a suggestion...

maganda nga ang suggestion mo,pro hntayin mo n ntin magdecide ang mataas ntin.hehehe/li cruz and others will decide that.hehhehe.ang suggestion ko nmn why we dont look for a new and fastest way n mkacommunicate tau?mhirap kc kung magmeeting tau incase maaprbahan ung suggestion ni trez08,using bbmail it takes a tym to reply..maghanap tau ung mkchat taung lhat just like s every laro,mbilis ang way of communication db?
