All you wrote is BS.
Please stop trolling.
I have request - please don't write in this topic anymore. I think it's fair deal. You asked me to retire from NT manager function. However I made the best result of Japan NT since you joined to BB.
I didn't write on Japan forum when you was NT manager, although you were very bad NTM.
So it isn't big ask.
You have no idea about skills of player who are in NT and outside. You don't know how enthusiasm work. You know nothing about tactic and strategy. So it will be good for whole Japan community because all your posts are worthless, it's only flame.

I really have no clue to why this post was to me.....the Blank Line up stated Amori at SF(I don't know what he has for OD) and then it brought in Ueda who has 16 OD and 11 ID.....Asano,Yasajiro and Furuzawa all played SF/PF at clips in the game. I don't know if this post is bashing Asano but the teams SF didn't hit any 3's on him and Asano was only -2 for when he was in the game. And Asano split was 11 minutes at SF and 8 at PF. I like this a lot. He comes off the bench and gets minutes at both F spots. For me as of right now....BBKIng still has my YES vote. I like the fact that he is running the Younger guys.

Either he is responsible for our losses or he is not responsible for our wins. Its pretty cut and dry to me.

Except wolph, you'd have him be responsible for the losses - and not the wins.

Reality is that we - and he - are responsible for both.

So you would rather have 2 or 3 levels better at OD but 3 less at IS,ID and REB? Like I said....Asano was -2 for his 19 minutes. yeah, that is still a - but better than a -20 that Furuzawa put up. But don't worry about Asano...he is a work in progress and will only get better every Friday.

This match show how weak are our players. Canada isn't top team even in America (I think Canada is 5-8th the best team in America or something like that). In today's match game shape was the same, enthusiasm was the same, tactic was the same, so only factors were skills and effort. So we can see that our skills are too low to beat similar teams even by using CT vs TIE.

B.B. King is right on this one. Im used to always seeing at least a rating > 12.5 for Yasujiro...when i see him at 11.5, i know that means he was out classes.

Simply put...the salaries on the nt are too small...only 5 salaries over 100k.

Salaries arent all that matters, be we all know that Passing, Inside Scoring, and rebound cost. There is no way around that.

On a CT, our inside scoring and rebound basically matched Canada on a TIE.

Im in BB King's corner on this one. These Repecharge games are a clear indicator of the weakness of the Japan NT.

We need stupendous rebounders, phenomenal JS, stupendous passers...ALL that well trained. We are far from that.

So i say either you are training the solution, or you need to back off. marvelous is just not good enough as a primary skill at this level...

I agree.

The fact that we are doing this much without the old washed up guys taking mins is a success.

This should be CELEBRATED.

Im not trying to pick a fight with you wolph, but you using the Sharman formula. Not saying good or bad, but you are winning while not contributing training to the nt team.

My question to you is this. do you have a Japanese player on your roster with (or possible inside of 2 training weeks)

1) Level 16 ID + 16 IS
2) Level 16 ID + 16 REB
3) Level 16 OD + 16 passing
4) Level 16 OD + 16 JS

Do you have a level 16 ID or OD on your roster? Because if you do, or did, i cant see why BB King would not use him. The fact that he is even using Hayakawa shows the despiration of the team.

An atrocious OD/ID anywhere is a clear sign of desperation. And truth is, Yasujiro shouldnt even be playing with his skill being where they are...but Yasujiro has better ID, OD, Passing than Furuzawa...not to lawd my guy, but to show the desperation of the situation.

We are in the repecharge for the first time in my experience playing this game...Im sorry, but im going to side with BB King.

This is a decision based strictly on the fact that we are playing meaningful games this season...
