Keep training passing and I would start training either some OD or JS. Centers with amazing primaries, bad secondaries, and high salaries are a dime a dozen on the transfer market so if you want a more valuable and useful player, make sure that you train his secondaries. You're doing a great training this player so far so keep up the good work.

PS: If you want to train JS, train it with one on one guards. It gives you almost as much JS for a tall player as jump shot training and you'll get a lot of extra HA and DR.

Nice looking prospect. Unless you want him to be a jump shooter who can pass, I would train 1v1 Guards to get his DR up. His IS/ID is nice for a guard, and of course, you can never have too much OD.

I think you have to go in looking at him as a SG or hybrid SF. He lacks the potential given his current handling rating to bump past a 14/14 OD/PA guy guarenteed (meaning he could make it to 15 OD or Perhaps 16 OD before hitting his number), and thats probably a limited ceiling (D.III starter).

Turning him into a Guard that can slide into an Sf role (so someone with 10 IS and 9-10 ID) will pay more dividends in my opinion than building him straight into a guard from this point forward. I would slow down to a halt on Passing short term if that were you route, and focus on getting 12 OD and 7 ID.

I'd probably then turn my attention to JS @ SF/PF and OnevOne @ PG/SG. his height and high Handling makes it important to not run too much training that includes HA bumps, so SF/PF for the jump shooting makes sense. I think between his final rest @ OD and DR he'll push 12-13 HA anywho.

That's a beast center. As of right now, I would train OD. I would also tell you to train PA, but he might switch positions to a PF.

Rest of the season i will train PA to get it up to ~12. Then i was just thinking of +1-2 JS, +2-3 OD and then move to ID.

So at age of 25 he probably would look like this:

JS 11 JR 2
OD 11 HA 10
BH 15 PA 12
IS 17 ID 17
RB 15 SB 10
