i have a SG but can't train him because im focussing in C/PF training regime

It is for this reason that our Malaysia U21 team is so weak. We have managers who get very good prospects with good potential but they don't train the trainees and keep them in their team.
If there are any good trainees in your team and you do not have intention to train them, please put them in the transfer market. It is a win-win situation because:
1. You will be getting a good price for a good trainee (18 or 19 yo)
2. Malaysian players will have a chance to be trained to qualify for the U21 squad.
So I urge all Malaysian managers in the upcoming draft result, if you get a good trainee and you don't intend to train them, please put them on the transfer market immediately. Don't only decide after 3 months of non-training.
