I think that if pp100 works work only in this way,it should be a very poor indication for the manager,while I find it a good indicator to analyze the match



It's a rating based on the tactics chosen and matchups. If I have players with high pp100 ratings its because I put them in a good tactic and position for their skillset. It's out of a managers hands at that point.
