There's an online calculator site...

there are also some excel sheets, unfortunately not updated since last three seasons when salaries became "dynamic" and adjusted on global economy basis.

they can be used to have a qualitative assessment - I do that. However, it is not to adjust player growth (I know by experience what to do to maximize results vs salary, and I am not unique at all!) but to understand whether I can sustain my overall salaries next season (I will not ... )

edit: I tested it with some players. Here's calculated (actual)
Scalambrieri 115 (98)
Rehberge 124 (120)
Grillenzoni 45 (44)

I cannot do precise calculations about guards as I am training them (the only scalambrieri took one training only, popping JS to colossal), but tall men looks like precise.

No no I know about the salary calculator.

I mean to calculate a training routine which is able to minimise salary payment that lead to the same training result in the end.

there is no easy way, but you have to prepare an ad hoc training program.

if you want, send me your players skills + team goals / priorities, I will have a look at.

Thanks but currently I just wanted to draft an ATG player, I would like a height of near 201 so he can be a balanced player.

For now, I plan to train the low level skills of my 3 draftee, train till it reaches average, or maybe just mediocre, depending on its growth speed.

For example, if I target to have a level 15 in IS, ID, RB, and SB, it would be better if I delegate the level increment rather than train one of the specific skills straight to 15 then only change to another.

The bold method will definitely cost more salary than the delegate method.

when you do that... jus bear in mind 2 things:

1) when you train secondaries first, when its time to train primaries it will be a lot slower
2) with lower potential caps, it will mean your main player won't really be outstanding... but a decent back up player IMHO

Ya I'll keep in about that.
