is it possible na ang rebounding ko itrain ko sila from tremendous to marvelous. tapos focus ng driving and js..tapos balik naman sa IS and ID ko na proficient to marvelous or kahit tremendous lang muna pra mahabol ang reb na skill.

how this affect the salary and makaya kaya to this season lahat?

Box-and-one is a defensive tactic, where four players play in the zone defense protecting the basket and the fifth player plays a man-to-man defense guarding the best offensive player on the other team. This is designed to prevent that player from getting the ball as often, as the man to man defender can overplay defensively knowing that he has a zone backup. Isolation is an offensive tactic. In an Isolation offense, the team will try to find their best offensive player and clear out an area for him to create his own shot. We are going to eventually offer both tactics with both outside and inside variants. For offense this means Isolation will attempt to clear out for the best exterior/interior player depending on which variant you choose. On defense, this means the defense will place a single man defender on the best exterior/interior player.

yung BOX and ONE ibig sabihin ung apat ko na players e naka-BOX formation near the basket and then one good outside defender either PG SG or SF ang pupuesto sa labas ng BOX to defend against outside shooters ng kalaban ganun po ba?

and then kapag inside isolation it means na un the best inside players either of SF PF at C ang titira sa loob? vice versa sa outside isolation? either of my players ang titira naman sa labas tama po?

tama! kaso kung nag inside iso ka, at di maka puwesto ang bigman mo, papasa nya sa labas yon, kaya nag kaka 3 point attempt pa rin. vice versa nmn sa outside.

sa box and one naman. ung the best defender mo ang magbabantay either sa outside or sa inside.
