12 players you'll be able to manage gameshape just fine. and these are 3 guys that combined talent and age and their salary are not worth it on your team.

Then, looking at your team further... YOUR ARENA IS HUGE! But you've got like 4000 empty seats every game. You need to adjust your ticket prices BAD.

Your team may be pretty solid top to bottom in terms of not much salary difference. BUT, teams that have 3 10-25K players and then a bunch of 2500ish salary players, can still beat you.

You could snag an old vet or 2. as they sell for cheaper cause their skills decline.

My advice cut those 3, adjust ticket prices using the attendance helper on the offsite, THEN as it gets close to playoffs, buy some vets to promote, doesn't matter how old as long as they can play and win you the division. then with the promotion bonus sell them off for whatever you can get, and using that money, + all your attendance revenue etc. Buy players that you can actually use in D. iV

I move my SF/PG/SG around depending on what the other team has, they all can play the other positions, my PG and SG are great defenders, so if say theres a team that has a weak PG on offense, I'll move my SF to the PG (my SF isn't a great defender) and I'll put my PG on their SF not many teams in lower divisions have good offensive players in all 3 of these positions. The main thing is scouting, I had my SG out for 3 weeks now... Had a 3 game skid, bounced back won one without him, and lost another..
What you need, is a scorer, rebounder, all around defender, a guy that can dish it out, and the all around 6th man.
