It was intended to be "fixed" because whining managers that don't understand the game, managers that don't understand the most basic rule of any market, I mean supply and demand law, wanted it to be "fixed"..

There is nothing to be fixed. The goal of "better trainees" is logically impossible. I have repeated this several times, but nobody seems to care. People want to magically improve their team instead of reading, thinking and learning.

If you think that 18 year old trainees are better for your team, then draft them. When I had a homegrown team I generally preferred 19 year olds. I can tell you that they are not always useless. Anyway draft the players you like the most and try to learn in other areas of the game. Because the problem is not here.

If you are a scout for a NT in a medium/big country, you don't need to worry about 19 yo draftees. So what? Nothing to fix there.

I told you "when I had a HOMEGROWN team". It seems you don't bother to read. I told you homegrown, you answer with NT. They are different projects, you know?

And if you think you don't need to understand supply demand rule to understand this game, sorry you are so wrong...

Whatever. I came here just to show my point. No matter how BBs change the draft there will always be whiners that want better draftees.

Better 19yos easier to find, better potential, better sos, better draftees for the U21. Bad draftees not so bad. Mediocre draftees made good. blablabla
Whatever.
Whiners won't ever be satisfied. And that is because they want a very good draftee in every draft. Or even two, who knows. And that is logically impossible. There is not enough demand of trainable draftees. That is the base problem.

THERE WILL BE NO MORE THAN EIGHT TRAINABLE PLAYERS IN EVERY DRAFT.
Sorry, that is the fixed average. Nothing to do about it.

So BBs have to stop listening to whiners or you will keep spoiling the draft for no reason.

It is very basic math. How many usable players a roster have (less than 10). How many seasons a player play (almost 20). How many teams in a draft (16). Do the math. No more than 8 trainable players per draft.

So don't want to know anything about supply and demand rule. Don't even want to consider to learn to apply a rule of three ... but you think that you can understand how this game works? Come on, man.
