Absolutely agree, Alaers could have been a number 1 at an international level if he had been trained a bit. However, at the club level and with the current GE changes, he can't be much better according to my liking.
And yeah, it's absolutely impossible to compete in Belgium, Heaven and NT at the same time, or else you'll start hating BB. This is why I decided to leave the NT a few seasons ago... there was a heavy Utopian run coming and then another one in Spain for a total of 7-8 seasons (2 real-life years). To fully enjoy BB and keep the motivation up, I find it key to have a balance between having too little and too much work to do
