Actually a great training facility
Had a stroke reading it, but one thing:

Player rating only shows his salary, nothing to do with his future gameplay.

Hi guys, need little advice about the draft. I am chosing among 3 prospects that can become 3 different players, which one would you go for? Prospects are projected via CoachParrot so i strongly believe i can achieve little more:
1)
19-11
19-19
19-11
19-12
7-7

2)
18-7
18-19
19-11
17-15
10-5

3)
17-7
17-17
17-11
17-17
11-10

Thanks in advance.

What is your end goal for the player?

Top one projects as a hybrid guard, middle one is a wing/perimeter-focused SF, and the bottom one is a more post-focused SF/small-ball PF,

my goal is to pick the best option.

Are salaries all fairly similar? Another obvious factor to consider.
I'd go for option 1, but I'm biased as I dislike huge JS-JR gaps like that, and quite like shot blocking too, so options 2 and 3 aren't appealing. Actually 2 is kind've horrible, assuming that RB is increasing salary but not enough ID to be a viable PF option.
1 > 3 > 2

Thanks guys for your input. Fact is no3 is gonna be 19yo pick while first 2 are 18yo. Hight and starting skills matters.
With Coach Parrot i can not achieve 20JS almost no matter what i try if i want to have some ID as well..
